Hi readers,
To celebrate the release of Noah Kahan’s final iteration of the iconic LP, Stick Season, I’ve compiled a handful of my favorite scenes from the album artwork. So much love and a thousand shades of green went into making this collection. Like a lot of my favorite work, I believe my appreciation for the subject comes through in the image.
The more I’ve learned about Noah's story and connected with the song material, the more exciting it's been to watch his impact on the world. Noah has that rare ability to make a personal story feel universal, and I believe his reflections on life in New England resonate with so many people for good reason.
Thanks always to Noah’s brilliant Creative Director, Mikey Lavi (seriously, check out this vinyl packaging in person) and thank you to Drew Simmons & Ryan Langlois on the MGMT side, it’s always a joy to collaborate with their team.
You can find a collage variation on this photo set via instagram and listen to Noah’s latest single, Forever, anywhere music is streamed. It’s been stuck in my head while writing this post.
